Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients we will electronically submit insurance claims.  However, patients are responsible for their accounts at the time of treatment.  We ask you pay in full at your appointment; you should receive reimbursement from your insurance company within a week’s time.

Office Hours

For our patients’ convenience, we offer extended evening and Saturday hours:

Fall / Winter hours

Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Summer Hours (Victoria Day holiday to Labor Day weekend)

Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturdays: by special appointment

Map and Directions

We are located on the southeast corner of Dundas and Subway Crescent.  Parking in the underground garage is free with validation from our office.
